Returns / Exchanges

  • To request a return or exchange; email info@rachelrenebath.com - Subject: Return or Exchange with Order Number from the confirmation email. You will receive a follow up email within 24 hours with instructions for return or exchange.

Returns/Exchanges on Body Care Products

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on any of our personal care products at this time.
  • If you're product has a manufacturers defect please contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a replacement product.
  • Thank you for your understanding!
On-Line APPAREL Returns/Exchanges
  • Returns must be requested within 4 business days of delivery via email (see above) and posted marked within 10 days of confirmation from us that a return will be accepted.  Merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and with its original tags intact when received by us.  We reserve the right to decline any return once received if any of these conditions are not met.  Not eligible returns will be shipped back to you and you will be notified. 
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All Sales Final after 14 days of receipt of purchase if we have not been contacted. 

In-Store APPAREL Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.  Merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and with its original tags intact when brought back.  We reserve the right to decline any return upon inspection.  Original form of payment will be refunded.

  • Exceptions for RETURNS/EXCHANGES between days 15-30 of receipt need to be requested at time of purchase. 
  • All Sales are final after 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Items not eligible for return/exchange

  • Damage that occurs during care of an item, such as cleaning, washing, or wear.
  • Sale items - all sales of sale items are final.
  • All sales are final if a promo code or coupon is used during purchase.
  • Cost of shipping for returned/exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted.

 Shipping

  • Free shipping on any order totaling $75 or more (Standard Shipping will be used)
  • Free In-Store or Curb-Side Pick up 6 days a week
  • Orders are usually shipped within 1-4 days from purchase which is considered the "processing time".  Processing times will vary greatly during holidays, sales and specials.  Shipping times will depend on the postal service transit times.  
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking will be sent to the email used to place the order when the order has been marked shipped.
  • All orders ship from Princeton, IL 61356
